Kingfisher Nest is a serviced apartment development in Westlands, Nairobi. Sato Properties approached ARK to develop the identity and wayfinding system. 

Inspired by the name, we set out to design an identity system that connected the imagery invoked by the name to the building's unique architectural features. We achieved this goal through our use of colour and form. 

We then developed a signage design structure and colour system that included directional and regulatory signage.
