Cat Drop Caps
> 36 days of type 2018 <
These cat drop caps were made during the 36 Days of Type this year. It is a project that invites designers, illustrators and graphic artists to express their particular view on letters and numbers of our alphabet. 36 days of restless creativity, in which participants are challenged to design a letter or number for each day, resulting in an overall view about the ability to represent the same sign from different perspectives. A project that aims to create a space for creation around typography and its endless graphic possibilities.
Last year was the first time I participated in the challenge. I drew much strength from it, so I decided I will do it every year when I can. This year my theme was the cats, who are playing with yarn, which turns into letter. This project was made of cat, typography and flourish love. Hope you will enjoy it as mush as I loved working on it.
Special thanks to Gergely Rózsás and the members of Halisten Studio for their encouragement.
