RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
I studied many traditional meat restaurants before designing the place, and I read the cultures of turkish meat from different sources. We studied the steak culture and kitchen structure in the western sources. Apart from this, we searched different materials and different application techniques. We searched the plant irrigation and breeding techniques for the corn plant wall.

CHALLENGE:
We did a lot of restoration because the infrastructure of the existing building is not suitable for the design. It caused us to lose a lot of time during the construction of the place.

THANKS.
