Company Values – EasiYo Products Ltd

I was asked by EasiYo to work with their current employees to help make EasiYo become a ‘preferred choice’ employer and to help create an environment where people are excited to come to work. The aim of the project also was to establish the 'Values' of the company, it's 'Mission' and 'Purpose'.
I set up a cross functional team (people from all departments and levels) and over a series of workshops brainstormed the needs and wants of the employees as well as the company's aspirations and opportunities. During the process the emphasis was on quantity of ideas, not worrying about the 'how' and building on the ideas of others.
When sense was made of all the notes, then the 'values' became clear.
Next stage was to give the values an identity to bring them to life. Posters and banners were displayed around the building and even mobiles of each value hung from the ceilings.
A 'Values Award' was given monthly to staff in recognition of being a great role model and living the EasiYo Values.
