The fight for gender equality is getting stronger everyday. Thanks to the efforts of many organizations around the world, it is more common to see women taking important decisions in different governments and companies. However, we think they’re still just a few, and that they could be many more empowered women. That’s why El Tiempo, the biggest newspaper in Colombia, as a media that can change perceptions in people’s minds, launched a campaign showing a problem that many don’t want to see.
