This territory has the necessary conditions, a beautiful view and vastness for construction. Location above st. Al-Farabi sets the task of building a facility that is resistant to seismic activity.
The general concept of the shape of a building is to convey a pleasant geometry and the right mix of materials. The general shape with pointed angles causes the viewer to perceive the dimensions of the building, but at the same time does not press on it. Sharp corners convey the desire of modern art in development and extraordinary thinking. From any angle, wherever the spectator is located, the building is enveloped in an incredible view and is easily perceived by the eye
