Mobile social coordination app developed using React Native and Firebase
Using the user's latitude and longitude and Yelp's Fusion API, Socialite pulls local place data and displays it in an easy-to-navigate interface. If a user plans to attend a particular place, they can "check in" and their RSVPs are stored in their "My Places" view. Users can also see how many other people plan to attend the same venue.
Future versions will include follow functionality, push notifications, and category sorting.
