One of the more challenging projects is a Learn to Lead series. My original idea for a one page article with tips on how to get promoted has, over time, turned into hundreds of leadership interviews featured in dozens of full-spread articles, and even two magazines with exclusive L2L content. Teaching has always been one of my passions. The goal of these articles is to teach employees skills that will help them succeed in business and become promotion-ready.
