'Paint the Park' was an event that allowed over 20+ artists & teams to create small murals at Papa Murphy's Park in Sacramento, CA April 7th, 2018, where the Republic Football Club plays. As one of the artists, I chose to create a piece dedicated to the city with a shout out to the team with the star emblem (part of their logo). The murals will stay up for the duration of the season. The park is also home to many concerts and music festivals during the regular season, so a big opportunity for artists to gain exposure to a larger portion of the public.
