A home for a couple retiring to a quite estate.
The site is entered form the South and faces North, with views across the estate to the East.
The aesthetic is that of a simple contemporary farmhouse, with the planning geared toward outdoor living. From the plan you can see that all the bedrooms and living spaces have direct access to the sunny, North facing garden
This project was abandoned, due to changes in the clients circumstances.
