Neon Lights Lettering Experiment
Recently I've been studying hand lettering — it's something that always interested me, and I thought it was time to at least try to learn some of its techniques. It's quite a challenge, but my first attempts at it doesn't seem to be all that bad, so, in my anxiety to put the things I've learned to practice, I decided to draw a word and turn it into some kind of pseudo-3D using the blend tool. While I was experimenting, I thought that it would be fun to create a complete piece, using Photoshop to give it some life (and light) and also adding some words to give the whole thing some context.
