Making Music Modern: Design for Ear and Eye
Create a series of three posters to
promote one of the MoMA using
Paul Rand’s 14 Formal Concerns.
Only 5 typefaces are allowed; Bodoni, Helvetica, Times Roman, Century and Futura.
For this assignment, I chose the Making Music Modern: Design for Ear and Eye, explores the relationship between how design and music influences our understanding of sound.
The exhibition starts off with 60s time period. I chose these colors according to time period slowly
getting more and more modern.
