DOWN WITH THE SWISSNES
La Prairie is an industry-leading, luxury skincare company with a global audience, as well as one of my newest clients.
THE PROJECT
Transform the provided PowerPoint template into a luxurious collection of presentation materials (five decks) for the company’s premiere Beauty Advisor Summit, hosted in January 2018.

THE CHALLENGE
As with many of my clients, La Prairie’s executive representatives are based globally and do not have a great deal of time to devote to constructing their presentations, what with running the company and all. It was of chief importance that I worked quickly and efficiently so presenters could review the latest edits when it was most convenient for them whether they were in Zurich, New York or elsewhere.

THE FOCUS
It was important to anticipate the way in which content would appear. Each animation had to feel like an extension of the speaker’s words; automating thoughts right onto the screen with minimal focus on the actual presentation remote. Conveying a great deal of exciting information (positive year-end stats, new company initiatives, etc.), while adhering to the brand’s sleek and minimal aesthetic called for balanced design focus that, I’ll be frank, is music to my ears.
DESIGNER NOTE
The base of the PowerPoint template was provided by La Prairie’s marketing department. Additionally, much of the actual presentation content has been omitted and replaced with filler text and images to protect the company’s information.
