The Hero: Blend CIC are a food charity who provide catering, wellbeing and employability services to the Sheffield Community.
The Story: Blend needed a brand for their new cafes that both reflected their existing charity identity AND this new commercial arm of the business. They wanted to appeal to 25-35 year old, community conscious and food obsessed locals. I worked with the Blend trustee board, volunteers, service users and potential customers to create a brand strategy and identity that reflected all aspects of Blend.
The Outcome: Blend's new brand has been instrumental in raising their profile and diversifying their image as a charity as well as a trendy eatery. Since rebranding two months ago, Blend have raised over £4000 for their community activities through the cafe, hosting three sold out food events and securing large catering clients such as Sheffield Hallam University and South Yorkshire Housing Association.
