This logo design project is a revitalization of King Records; a Cincinnati based record company that began in Cincinnati, OH in 1943. September of 2018 marks what would be King Records' 75th anniversary, so my class took to developing some modernized takes on what King Records logo would look like today. 

During this project I designed a logo that remained simple, yet bold and iconic. The logo breaks down into a brand mark and can be adapted into an alternative logo if necessary. I also created a celebratory logo that would be applied during the 75th anniversary year and celebration activities.

After designing what the mark would look like, I applied it to numerous examples of swag, stationary, and campaign materials.
