The project addresses a complex program in a fixed volumetry fixed in the planning regulations according to a project of urban transformation of the area. In this area coexist big residential and industrial volumes. The project reflects these conditions and adds one more: to have the maximum visual unity, of solutions and elements of the different programs that constitute the project, so that a volume of similar scale can be generated in order to dialogue clearly and powerfully with its surroundings.
