When Loveland Living Planet Aquarium moved to their new location in Draper, UT, they needed a new restaurant concept. With the name already selected, I was asked to create the menu system and supporting signage. We wanted the focus to be on the food, so the menus took on a very light and airy feel, with light waves in the background tying the space to the aquarium. I served as a food photographer on this project as well.
