I was commissioned to update the visual identity of Centro Italia - Berlin's oldest and most loved Italian supermarket and bistro - to celebrate 50 years in business. Using classic wrought-iron Italian signage as a starting point I created a logotype with character and confident restraint. The lockup functions as a classic mono-line logo while the holding device is a nod to the original signage of the store.
The logo type was later expanded to additional posters, web navigation links, and signage.
