In 2006, the Hospital Samaritano had inaugurated a new brand and decided to unify their wayfinding system. Based on this new identity, the signage was planned using the new referential color, typography and considering the many scales and publics it should be addressed to. It is also very important to remark that, at that time, as the city of São Paulo launched new laws for outdoors publicity and external displays, this very project was used by the City Hall to exemplify the correct uses of outside signage.
