LeslieRugby - Branding

The website re-design was based on the Storybrand marketing framework and a visually editable Wordpress Theme - X Theme
My role at LeslieRugby ranged from a logo redrawer and basic order fulfillment to building a whole new ordering system with a visual designer and modern marketing techniques.

Website design (and redesign)
Premium video site direction, launch and multiplatform migration
MailChimp contact managment of thousands on contacts
Leadpages with thousands on opt-ins
Visual product designer with CRM integration and custom backend
In-house photographer
Working with coders and outsourcers from multiple countries
2D to 3D development
Many Facebook ads from videos, static images and A,B testing
10s of Leadpages including Opt-in, upsell, product sell and informaiton pages
100s of MailChimp campaigns
Being the onsite photographer meant being able to take testimonial pictures of real grassroots rugby people which underlined the face of the company. We also built an inhouse photography studio that allowed us to take images of the just-in-time custom product and produce imagery for the website.
A full stack custom rugby gear solution.
Mockup - Quote - Easily Edit - Invoice - Outsource - Send to manufacturer - Manage order status right to customer

The Product Designer was a visual interpretation of the ordering process. Taking the custom rugby gear from client to LeslieRugby mockup while being able to instantly generate quotes and invoices then allowing the customer to easily re-order. Speeding up the ordering process by days when orders used to take weeks.
This is paired with a backend that can send orders directly to the supplier.
Document generation for lead magnets to build mailing lists and inform customers.
Full 3d rugby gear creation from 2d mockups. Including mesh, UV mapping, texture, lighting, rendering...
Alot of small companies don't have access to their original logo files so it was up to me to re-draw and honour these existing brands.
Sometimes I would use tools such as VectorMagic to speed up the process and later we began outsourcing logo redraws as well as final product drawings, under my direction.
Clubs would sometimes create new teams which would allow me to create a sub-brand that honoured and expanded on the original club design.
