SNOWFLAKE
Wind caresses nightfall; white wools whirl.
Hazy moonlit velvet
whites out noises of the world.
Flurries coating the eaves;
stark trees connect sky with creeks.
Brooks brush by rocks
like silk skirts drape downstream.
Pale piles pulled by purls,
as daylight subsides into the white night.
Wayward wind blows, downy feathers float;
Milky moonlight shines inside those wide eyes.
Peace pieces swirl to the silent, susurrous song.
