Auckland International Airport wanted to release a Facebook game where fans of Farah Quinn could play to win their own luxury New Zealand Experience. Farah Quinn is a famous chef and TV personality in Indonesia so we decided to play on the idea of dining and travel. To enter the competition fans simply needed to 'like' the competition on Facebook, they were then directed to a page where four spinning plates appeared, players could click to unveil the four elements of their travel prize. These included the city they were to travel to, the activity they would participate in, a fine dining experience and their accommodation. If they were not happy with the outcome they could spin the plates again for another prize combination.
I was in charge of the design and structure of the Facebook app, going through each process of the game and making sure that each stage was an interesting and an engaging experience for the user.
