KALP - a short animation film
This film is about the nurturing relationship between a curious kid and his loving grandfather. We explore the various tones of human behaviour, innocence of a child and the inculcation of positive energy through small acts between these two characters.
This animation was an experimental project on how the puppet works and we did it under the guidance of Vaibhav Kumaresh and Delwyn Remedios. Here we tried to work with puppets and learned the mechanism of their structure and movement. This was a great experience for us as we went through different layers of movie making, from developing the concept to the post processing.
