There has been built a little building in Buda close to the forestin the 50'-s' strong time (Architekt: unknown). In the more easier70' it was extende with an extra floor. An „ugly duck” was bornwith lot of good adottság not visible fornon-designers(Architekt: Antal Pados). These good adottságokhave not been recognised by the owners. But year after year it was.... by rain and storm and cold.
... and one day the time for rebirth was coming. Extension was notallowed, so it has happened only a facelift outside and inside. Themain constructional act was the demolition of the old stair and thebuilding of a brand new one in the middle of the house. Theinsulation of elevations and roof (it's like „botox”) havechanged the proportion between first floor's and second floor'sfacade. We have replaced some doors and windows, but on the main sideit was enough to break the parapets of the windows down.
In the mass we have made also new proportions with help of a redcolor (it's the rouge lips stick). So our cosmetical surgery has beenfinished.
