I. Initial Sketches: Figuring out the configuration of the body components during the Conceptual Design Review.

II. 3D CAD Rendering of the preliminary design of the body components. Solidworks surfacing features were used to achieve complex curved design of the nose cone.

III. Beginning construction of the nose cone; EPS (or Extruded Polystyrene) foam was used to shape the nose cone to design.

IIII. First time using carbon fiber composites. Wet layup technique used to apply epoxy resin to layers of carbon fiber.
