The idea:

#OnAndOn was turned into an expression of going for it, a cry of frustration, or a lifestyle philosophy that Enervon now owns. The intent was to have it become part of daily conversation in the digital world, allowing awareness for Enervon's sustained energy, as well as sustained immunity benefits to spread organically, even crossing over multiple social platforms.
 
Now that we've found people who embody the #OnAndOn lifestyle, we came up with the ONANDON CHALLENGE. Enervon releases 24 items in the form of a To-Do List, with each list targeting a specific tribe (Call Center employees, college students, runners, and a list that was open to the public. Each list is composed of challenges that allows participants to demonstrate Enervon's Energive and Energuard propositions. To prove they've gone through all the challenges, participants are to upload photos of them accomplishing each task on or before the set deadline. Tasks may be performed in any order they desire, however certain tasks can only be accomplished at specific times of the day.
