TVMagiX is one of the most advanced and distinguished IPTV add-on solutions designed for the Hospitality sector in the region. Our solution is known for its specialization in this sector to fulfill business’s highly demanding standards. The application operates on TV sets, allowing Hotels to offer their guests unique and delightful experience inside their rooms. Thus, introduces an elegant and dynamic edge for utilizing hotel services, which becomes more interactive and responsive to guests’ needs and requirements. Hence, TVMagiX integrates seamlessly with Micros PMS (Opera); as a certified interface.
Guests can use their TVs to set reminders as per their preferences. The application also permits requesting various Hotel services, like reserving a Spa session and inquiring about the availability of a Tennis court, etc. In addition, a guest can easily check the bill associated with the room with all its items and grand total.
My Role
I led the User experience and Visual Design of this project . I also collaborated with a Product Manager, and development team to implement the new feature.
