Onboarding
The problem: Users were not able to log in to the app, because they need a invite from the company that administration his condominium and with that they ran bad appraisals at the app store and Google Play.
The Solution: We created before log in three screens explaining that access is granted by a partner company and they responsible for the got access of the user.
The Result: We have reduced almost all the negative assessments for this reason.

O Problema: Usuários não conseguiam logar no aplicativo e com isso faziam avaliações ruins na loja.
A Solução: Foi criado um onboarding explicando que o acesso é concedido por uma empresa parceira que é a responsável pela administração do condomínio do usuário e que ele necessita solicitar o acesso a essa empresa.
O Resultado: As avaliações negativas por esse motivo reduziram quase por total.
