1:50 Model _ 2-Bed Unit
The brief was to design a scheme of approximately 28 units.
This site accommodates a staggered apartment-unit block,
three rows of duplex housing units & proportionate outdoor shared space.
The apartment block, with it's shimmering green slate-clate facade, is intended to compliment the stark brutalism of the housing rows;
to establish a strong presence within the outskirts of Cavan Town.
