All volumes are arranged identically with access to be made to a "patio-lobby", a space enclosed by a stairway, creating a sort of lobby can be even generate socialization since it allows to propagate the sound to the various floors. The staircase is torn by several bays allowing to observe who approaches or moves away from those areas, intensifying the importance of these.
It is intended to be a flexible system, the layout of the kitchen and the rooms may vary (8 students per floor) in accordance with the need to provide multiple points of view on different floors, breaking with the possible monotony of the facades.
