Description of the Art Installation:
Decipher is a piece that explores what shapes a person the way they are today. It looks at how nature and nurture and the impact of privilege versus risk factors affect one’s decision making and status quo. The lights represent the development of wholeness and the ability to connect and view the world with an open heart. The darkness exposes those who have been hurt during the process and have given up their trust on the world. I invite you to look at the present self, not forgetting to remember the past and its impacts, while building knowledge towards a better understanding of future development.
