VOID - Formspeak

This project focussed on the emotional experience within Design, and how form and aesthetic can be controlled and influenced by it. This concept was put into practise, with each individual having to design, model and finalise a Speaker System which has been created using this method.

My Individual Speaker focussed on the emotion of Melancholy and the Design Process can be seen through the below Visual Sheets

White Modelling & Final Outcome

The design was firstly White Modelled for a Critique Presentation (Left), with the Final Outcome being made through Industrial Glassblowing (Right) *

Storybook

To help depict the structure and direction of the Speaker Project, the below 'Storybook' was created. This 10 page booklet helps to show visual communication the project - highlighting reflective and critical decisions made

Design Emotion & Experience - Formspeak Exhibition

At the end of the class, each individual were able to present their work in a Design Showcase, where both Visual Sheet and Storybook were open for review - as well the full scale finalised Model. (University of Strathclyde)
