I was recently asked to donate a skate deck for the GCIT decksabition, as were many Gold Coast artists. I was inspired to make something Steampunk in style and so  I paired the words Steampunk and Skate and spelled out Skatepunk. I etched the design into bamboo and then finished it with metal wax.
