POINT SERVICE MOBILE.
Point Service Mobile (or Phone Service Center), is a french chain of repair centers, present in several european countries.
Pre-production work was more important than usual: our client wanted to convey a lot of different information, from the common causes of smartphone's breakdowns, to the number of European stores, and putting forward their desire to be environmentally friendly.
We had to sort through and organize all of the information to design a coherent scenario, without omitting any important aspect.

Because Point Service Mobile is close to its customers and concerned about their well-being, this is why we choose to personify several kinds of customer instead of making abstract animations to illustrate the different concepts.
