Two scenes from a story I wrote about a monarch butterfly named Maggie. It's based on a true story of a boy and his brother and sister taking a walk on the beach and discovering a butterfly drowning in the ocean. They scoop her up, take her home, and nurse her back to health. The kids don't realize that Maggie's family is getting ready to migrate to Mexico. Will they be able to get her back in time?
