User Experience of Parcel Sending in AUSPOST

In March 2018, I undertook a user research and ideation sprint to understand user needs and opportunities in relation to one of two challenges in partnership with Australia Post. This project is focus on parcel sending experience.

Australia Post is a government-owned corporation that provides postal services both locally and internationally, as well as operating retail stores, and offering a range of digital products and services. It is Australia’s oldest, continually operating organisation.
