A monologue for you
The love letter only to you. This poetry has 212 poems and has 212 prints only.
All of them are published on a specific date,12th, February for the only reader of this book, the girl born on 12th, February. In order to strengthen the special meaning as a birthday present, this book is designed based on the calendar format and page numbers are changed into dates, beginning from 12th, February and pushing 212 days backwards. The first poem starts on 16th, July and a poem for a day. After reading one poem, readers are allowed to tear the page down as a love letter. A portrait of the girl will surprisingly appear if readers follow and assemble those clues on the back of the pages, which will express the endless missing to the girl. The crumpling tin foil paper as the book cover tells that love has its deadline and the inner conflict and dilemma from the boy who gets a crush on someone: he wants to reveal his love but worries about getting turned down. However, if the outcome is not desirable, once he flattens the cover, the love words on the cover will fall to pieces like his the broken heart. Furthermore, the date they met is sealed on the sticker of the book and pushed backward ten thousands years.
