Cover Illustration for a series of short stories. The story consists of personal experiences and traditional Maori myths and legends which have been re-imagined for a contemporary audience.
The Cover Art is based on the story of the long finned eel native to New Zealand. The eel emerges from murky freshwater creeks connected to the dark underground cave systems that wind through the Far North. The logo is a homage to one of the many local swimming holes that I visited as a child, and where the story begins.
