TRIO is a commercial project which jointly developed by Tee Land, KSH Holdings Limited, Heeton Homes Pte Ltd, Futuris and Zap Piling Pte Ltd. Registered under Unique Commercial Pte Ltd. Strategically located at the bustling and busy street at 11 Sam Leong Road Singapore. It is in the form of a 6 storey mall and contains 15 restaurants and 28 retail outlets.
We developed façade for TRIO through the building exterior and internal wayfinding systems that integrated into the modern architecture, helping each consumer through his navigation in the commercial building.
