Animafest Zagreb - World Festival of Animated Film
Main visual proposal
Animafest, an international festival of animated film in Zagreb, Croatia organized a competition for an illustration that would be at the center of the festival's visual identity. The brief was to create an official festival visual that would reflect the theme "Comics and Animation". My illustration was shortlisted, but unfortunately not chosen as the final winner.
The illustration depicts the festival's mascot Mandlek turning a lever and thus animating big characters and initiating an alternative genesis plot inside a reduced comic book frame.
