The English Rain
The wettest year on record for England can bring out some kind of color. I spent the rainiest of days in the pub or at the house, sketching and painting and trying to come up with something to cheer me up from miserable rain outside. Color is the most important to me when it comes to brightening my day, so I experimented with various colors including this turquoise blue I found. I hope to bring these few sketches into final paintings on wood.
