Thea Jandzio earned her Master's Degree in Social Work at Fordham University in New York City.  Jandzio enrolled in the Graduate School of Social Services at Fordham, ranked among the top 100 such academic programs in the United States by the 2016 U.S. News and World Report. The Fordham Graduate Program of Social Work is ranked as the 22nd best school of Social Work in the United States. 

Thea Jandzio also received a Certificate in Social Work and the Law from Fordham University; has been CERT trained and attended Rutgers University completing their Professional Management Practicum. She also has been trained in Family Therapy from the Family Therapy Institute of New Jersey.

Thea Jandzio embarked upon her work as a Health and Human Services Executive with Public Health Solutions HIV Care Services, formerly known as Medical Health Research Association (MHRA).  As a Contract Manager, Thea Jandzio worked with nonprofit organizations, hospital systems and community based health centers who were awarded Ryan White Title I funding for HIV/AIDS services. Jandzio ensured the 35 contracts she managed were in compliance with all cities, state and federal regulations and guidelines.
