ABOUT
This 8-page story was published in Galileu Mag and talks about a dangerous diet behavior named orthorexia, when people start to eat only foods tied to a particular nutritional group, excluding fats and carbohydrates and damaging organism systems that require nutrients in addition to proteins and vitamins. For this story, the photographer Eduardo Dulla helped me clicking these beautiful stills with many basic foods representing a nutritional group.
