Results
A huge improvement in engagement rates during Hurricane Matthew. The new severe module tripled the click-through rate. On the date of the above screenshot which was before the storm hit land, the site reached 50%+ click through rate on the home page — the highest seen since Hurricane Sandy. Learnings from this outcome helped guide the early stages of the homepage redesign.
