The City of Kirkland needed a logo to promote Bike Month activities, like free classes and a happy hour co-hosted by a local brewery and bike shop, to residents. We wanted an inclusive design that encourages all to ride, and that reflected Kirkland's lakefront community, so we chose to show a woman riding a road bike with her child along a popular biking route next to Lake Washington.
