Screenplay analysis questions - Inglorious Basterds opening scene

1. How does the action writing indicate Hanz Landa is playing mind games with LaPadite?

Hanz Landa, the S.S. officer was playing mind games with the farmer, Perrier LaPadite. Landa knew that LaPadite was hiding jews under their floorboards and he was just trying to get LaPadite to admit about the Jew's existence. And the way he maliciously asked with manner if he could get in to LaPadite's house and if he could have a milk instead of wine after it being offered.
At the end the way Landa talked, it sounded like he knew the jew's existence and since he gained that power, he got LaPadite admit about the Jew's existence under their floorboards.

2. How does the action writing in the screenplay indicate who has control (or a lack thereof)?
In the beginning, LaPadite was chopping trees and he stopped as soon as he saw German soldiers coming their way. Landa, the officer stopped by and went to LaPadite and invited himself to his house. Landa was standing between LaPadite and his axe so as if hes interfering LaPadite's power which is the axe.
In the middle, it looked like LaPadite earned his power back, as the way Landa was talking like he was convinced by LaPadite. But Landa earned the power back and was able to find out about the Jews.
3. How does the dialogue communicate information about the character speaking?
Dialogue communicate information by saying what is up in scene. It also shows us the way the characters are feeling. When Officer Landa offered a house inspection, LaPadite had no choice but to admit the existence of Jews under his floorboards in order to protect his family.
Another example is the way how fiercely Landa was talking to LaPadite of what its like to fight Germans and how scary it could get if you do so. Also shows the way Landa stereotyped his fellow German soldiers.
