In the Serbian language “Kadar” as an adjective is determinate as somebody capable, strong, courageous and willing to do something. Can be also used in order to represent the schooled person, educated stuff or movie frame.
Association of citizen “Kadar” is formed by the group of young and talented people in order to promote and develop the urban culture of town Banjaluka.

C O N C E P T
The logo of the Association makes the label "KADAR" styled in the rectangle, by the association on the artistic frame which, in this case, metaphorically represents the whole group of people gathered around the same vision. As an art space "KADAR" gives the possibility of creative freedom for the creation and implementation of new ideas and the merger of the people for the purpose of promoting and developing culture.
