Screen Play Analysis:
The action writing in inglorious bastards it shows that Landa is playing with LaPadite mind by appearing friendly and serious, but he knows that LaPadite knows why Landa has come to his farm and wanted to come inside his home. Along with this, his tone instantly changes once he asks LaPadite directly if there is anybody hiding within his property or if they are under the floorboards. The action writing is able to indicate that Landa has all the power, because when Landa talks about how people refer to him as the “the Jew Hunter”, and the fact that LaPadite knows why he is called that, Landa is able to show all of his authority and show that he is obviously the one in control of the situation. He also shows control by doing something really small, like pulling out a pipe way bigger than the one LaPadite has been smoking out of. The dialogue is able to talk about the information of the characters by showing the tone of voice that he is using when they are talking about specific things. For example, Landa starts to use the metaphor of Jews being the mice and Germans being the hawks. Through the metaphor, we’re able to see inside Landa’s thoughts and how he thinks about things. But the way he says it, he makes it seems as everything is completely normal and if anything, kind of enjoying the metaphor. LaPadite, on the other hand is really disgusted by the metaphor. We can also see he’s willing to do whatever it takes to protect his family, even if it means having to give up the people he’s trying to protect and hide in the floorboards. We know this because when Landa says LaPadite and his family will be safe only if he gives up the Jews that he has been hiding in his floorboards, he decides to give them up only to protect his family.

-They broke up because it wasn’t the right timing for Ellie and she wasn’t ready for a relationship and peter just let her go
-Peter is still bitter about the breakup and is still not over her
-Ellie is like the shy girl that focuses on academics and reading.
-Peter is more straightforward and outgoing than Ellie. He leads the relationship forward
-Ever since their breakup, peter has been thinking about Ellie.
-There’s still a small spark in their relationship
