Develop a unique experiential event to inspire locals to experience what living in this area would feel like.

We reached out to local vendors, artists and restaurants in the community to come out for a 1-day Block Party to showcase what the area had to offer to potential residents. The event provided new residents a glimpse of what living in this up-and-coming neighborhood would feel like.
