Apicius de re Coquinaria, is a restaurant inspired by the Italian food lecagy. It brings together ingredients and recipies that can be traced back in time for hundreds of years, with the modern culinary world created by the higly regarded chef Massimilliano Illardi. It’s name comes from the first cook book ever written back in the 4th century AD, that included a complete collection of every known recipe and ingredient used, in the roman cuisine.
